Prioritising your application

We use a banding scheme to prioritise applications.

If you are applying for council and housing association rented accommodation your Derby Homefinder application will be placed in one of four bands, according to your level of housing need.

If you are applying for low cost home ownership properties your application will be placed in one of four bands.  In all cases you must be able to secure a mortgage or have other means of funding the purchase to be offered a property.
