Delays in Processing

We are not able to process housing applications, change of circumstances forms or web messages as quickly as we would like to.

This is due to staff shortages, large numbers of messages, housing applications and change of circumstances requests.

We are doing all we can to process work as quickly as we can, however it will be some time before we get our workloads up to date.

Homelessness

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness do not complete an online form, contact us in person or by phone at the appropriate office detailed below.

Single Point of Entry Team - Milestone House

This service is for single adults or couples, aged 18 or over, who do not have dependants.  Services available include housing advice and assistance for homeless people as well as access to hostel accommodation in Derby.
