You can use this website to apply to join the Housing Register

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE
Check to see if you are eligible to join the Housing Register by completing the housing options wizard

IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE
Apply to go on the housing register by following the instructions on the Social Housing page of the wizard

IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
You can apply online to bid for Open to All properties, follow the instructions on the Private Landlord and Open to All page of the wizard

 

You can use this website to:

  • Search for available homes
  • Bid for a property, or withdraw bids you have already placed
  • View results of previous advertised properties
  • Derby Homefinder landlord tenants can Apply on-line to join Derby Home Swap
  • Update your Derby Home Swap property advert
  • Find out about other housing options
  • Click How to Contact Us for contact details and opening hours.

Single Point of Entry Team Move
27 April 2015

The Single Point of Entry Team which provides housing advice to single people and couples aged 18+ without children will be based at the Council House from 27 April 2015.

Local Assistance Scheme

A new scheme managed by the Council which helps people on certain benefits in an emergency or crisis.  The scheme will not give out any cash but will give out vouchers.
