Housing Advice
The Housing Options Centre are piloting a new way of working. This will mean that a Housing Advisor will not be available to see you immediately.
Your enquiry is still important to us and we will still deal with your enquiry.
If you are threatened with homelessness we will take your details and contact you by telephone or email as quickly as we can to give you advice and assistance.
If it is urgent enquiry we will contact you within 5 working days.
If it isn’t as urgent we will contact you within 2 to 3 weeks.
If you already have a Housing Advice caseworker and want to ask them a question we will pass your enquiry to them and they will contact you within 5 working days.
If your situation becomes urgent, for example you are going to become roofless in a couple of days please contact us again by email or telephone. For all other queries please give us the opportunity of getting back to you before you contact us again.
